Wildflower hunt called off because of snow
Apr. 9th, 2016 11:55 pmOkay I wasn't really going because of the hip (in fact I don't have a single freaking weekend free til mid-May) but man it is snowing. How freaky. My poor roses. I worry less about the lilies. They're tough.
It's supposed to be in the twenties tonight. I think April is confused. Of course it was 80 in March so who the hell knows?
As for that hip, it's not that painful. Good. It hurts WAY less than the injection into the gluteus muscles. There is a tingling nerve thing going into the groin (so yeah that pain must have been coming from the hip). What does worry me is it keeps clicking. I think the fluid loosened that piece of cartilage we weren't sure was torn. This leads me to believe it is. Sigh. That'll be a surgery since cartilage is an evolutionary boo-boo in that it was almost not blood supply so it doesn't heal.
And now I have a sore throat. Damn.
I put up the icon of my own novel this time (in case anyone was wondering where it was from) because I needed reminded sometimes I do good work.
