Okay back. I mailed in the SF story with a completely horrible title. I literally spent a half hour giving myself a stroke trying to come up with something then just slapped meaningless words together and emailed it in. I noticed others sending them in today, like 4 more of us. Nothing like waiting to the last minute everyone. :)

Saw the endocrinologist today. He's about thrown up his hands about me. no changes in my diabetes (even though last night it jumped to 300 then fell to 70 just before bed) Nothing we do matters. He suggested taking a statin and we talked the new guidelines. I declined them. He also wants to test that adrenal tumor again as new guidelines say you should do that every year.
