So Much anxiety

And sadness. Most of it from social media. LJ for the obvious reasons. Scary people in author newsletters for another. Random assholes on FB/Twitter.

But get this about the newsletter. One author had a giveaway via Amazon but Amazon controls that and it shut down quickly once it reached the max number of entries and people wrote her hate mail over it, some of which were so abusive she ended up removing them from her newsletter list (which is closed, for fans only) and another got a nasty letter because a buy link had gone dead. What the fuck is wrong? When did we get so entitled?

I'm also anxious about the house hunting and my health. I've been trying SO hard not to complain much but there is definitely something not right. I hope the surgeon has answers for me on monday because there feels like there's a ball lodged under my right rib case and that feeling is getting worse.

I would love this dragon jewelry. for my birthday especially the wrap necklace. I might buy it for myself BUT I'm not sure it would stay in place and might annoy the fuck out of me.

Come to Ohio for the Harry Potter fest

Speaking of house hunting here, not my dream home but a perfectly okay home but I have to figure out WHY it's so cheap. I notice you don't see any bedrooms or a kitchen. I can do over the paneling and it's in an area I wouldn't mind being in. I'll have to drive out there to see what coal mine/acid dump/cellphone tower nightmare it's next door to.
