And the topper to a shitty week

1. My lab is full of hornets and yellow jackets. They were nesting IN the models and came flying out at the students when they took the models apart. Now they were in there last week too and they sprayed. In fact the back room of the lab is an embarrassing uncleaned graveyard of dozens of them but obviously they didn't find the nest and/or hole they're coming in from.
2. I might have to be questioned by a detective because apparently we think someone is using the chem lab to make meth (or other drugs) and I have a key. I also have an alibi. I was in PA all summer when this was happening (fast work there, detectives). I told my parents they were my alibi. in Unison they said 'you were never here.' Thanks.
Kanda goes back on next wednesday as his ear is getting worse. bah.
And my health is on a sled going down fast. I'm cramping everywhere, feet, shoulders, thighs. I think Invokana is messing with my potassium (which is dangerous to the heart). I call my endocrinologist and they assured me his nurse would call me. Yeah, no.
ANd there's another 3 grand of charges on my insurance from the person in Texas. I'm so over this. I'm beginning to wonder what I have to do to stop this.
And more drama llamas in the LGBT writing world that's pushing me one step closer to just tossing in the towel.
But this was interesting. interesting look at art and the sexualization of women A male artist decided to push himself to do something different for Inktober instead of 'pin ups' of women and people lost their damn minds because naked women are fine but him doing naked men, 'you'll ruin your career.' It's long but worth the read.
AND I realized I knew nothing about the villains in my nano. I figured they worked for the mad king but one of them tells me he's out for himself. He wants Cam back because immortal warrior favored by the War Goddess, that sounds powerful. My problem is how to balance his story with Tenaldi's

Camristy didn’t answer at first then in a voice so low and soft it might as well have come from a ghost, he said, “The Lady of Blood and Bone blinked.”
“I have no idea what that means either,” Tenaldi said but the tremor in his voice gave him away.

I liked that article! I know someone who used to be on deviantart and they posted some beautiful sketches of some classical statues that happened to be male nudes, complete with penises, & they took them all down. Yet, anyone can post female nudes, including photos where nothing is left to the imagination & some are rather suggestive too, & no one cares or reports them or anything. XD There really is a double standard & it's sad.
