Are you Freaking Kidding me?

So not only did one prof in my department write a letter to try to elevate his track above all of us (while the rest of us are clinging together to do the we all swim or we all sink thing) somehow before the vote on the no-confidence thing went through someone leaked it to a local newspaper and it'll be out in the rest of the papers tomorrow. Well isn't that just peachy. I wonder what idiot did that?

TOmorrow is the big meeting to talk about it even more but I won't be there because the track teams leave tomorrow and can't be there for the lab final at the end of the week so I'm administering it early. I'll catch flak but you know what, the students need to come first. If I can make it, I will but I'm betting not and that's fine by me too.
