Merry Yule

As the dimming of the light reminds us of the earth’s slumber, the sun is also reborn on this the shortest day and the longest night. I appreciate all four seasons and winter has its beauty. I was reminded of that today watching a doe knocking a bit of snow from a branch. It is a time for introspection and planning, of snuggling up and staying warm. I see it as a time to relax and recharge. Merry Solstice my friends.




Didn't accomplish much, made a bunch of dough for various cookies and did a little work on a class. I did manage to finish a second Spicy Advent story that will be revealed soon. Only I could turn what was supposed to be a simple wankfic into 4K + of nonsense.


I also dyed my hair back to the usual auburn BUT it looks ombre, because the back and bottom was still fairly dark purplish and the temples and top were graying so it took way lighter, like an Irish Setter.



Today would have been Kanda's 10th birthday. Miss you little buddy
