The PT agrees
Apr. 17th, 2021 09:16 pmHe thinks all that walking may have stress the knee too much. Even adujusting head height on the bed bothers me now and last night I did need the aide to get my leg in and out of bed. So I stayed in bed and mostly did bed exercises.

Did you know La Bamba is going to be back in the theater? I did not but Mom told me and that set off this exchange with Lou Diamond Phillips. here. and here. Lou really is a sweet guy.
I would like to say I'm thankful that the pills let me sleep pain free through the night but I wish it wouldn't try to make me sleep through the day too.
