The PT agrees

He thinks all that walking may have stress the knee too much. Even adujusting head height on the bed bothers me now and last night I did need the aide to get my leg in and out of bed. So I stayed in bed and mostly did bed exercises.

I did manage to get the test done so that was great and I got an idea for a silly Prodigal Son story for dick_or_treat


Did you know La Bamba is going to be back in the theater? I did not but Mom told me and that set off this exchange with Lou Diamond Phillips. here. and here. Lou really is a sweet guy.



I would like to say I'm thankful that the pills let me sleep pain free through the night but I wish it wouldn't try to make me sleep through the day too.

It's unbelievable to me that the doctor said you should be weight-bearing when everyone else is like, noooo?!!

I hope treating your knee more tenderly will help.

I think he meant gently and PT is over doing it personally. I plan to talk to them tomorrow
