Three days no sleep

No more than 40-60 minutes at a time. I spoke to my brother. He had the same symptoms coming off Oxycontin too. I hope tonight I sleep. I did get some Tylenol PM. If I can't fall asleep, I'll try drugging myself that way. If that doesn't work I'm going to have to call the doctor and I'm not even sure which one to call my PCP, the orthopedic surgeon?

And the latter seems not to have called the home health back. If they don't call me tomorrow to set up an appointment I'm calling them on monday to ask if I need to intervene with the doctor.

I want just one day where I don't feel useless and unhappy and I hope it's soon.

And to top it off today is the last online test so of course McGraw Hill is having major issues and my students are stressed and unable to take their exams. ARGH.
