unexpected
May. 23rd, 2021 06:08 pmtoday went fast (No writerly ways because it's late). I swear nothing got accomplished other than my nightly scheduling of Save Prodigal Son tweets.
The couple I call Prejudice Girl and Hateful Husband came here from NC today. And today is why my parents don't believe me about their darker side. They were sober for one (since they were tired from the drive yesterday) and they were as pleasant as you could want someone to be.
They kept telling me they were praying for me and it's a miracle I can walk and you believe they are actually doing this (and they could be. They are highly, fundamentally religious) Mostly it was just her showing us all the flowers at her house which were gorgeous.
If you had met them today you'd never know they use religion to hate on people.
I'm not ready for the long drive tomorrow and the even longer day on tuesday.
