Fandom blah

Well the twitter parties are backing down. We have trended every night for 50 days but burn out is a thing. We've backed down to three days a week starting today. I know that Warner Brothers and the creators can't say much but it would be nice to see either a) we're still trying or b) sorry guys, it's over. When I see some really crap shows continuing on it is a bit disheartening. Ah well. It's not like I planned to fall hard like this anyhow. Without the fandom, maybe I can get more original stuff done.

Speaking of which, I finished a dark fae fantasy last night, within word count...and my dumb ass missed a key element of the open call so this won't work AT ALL. It had to be LGBT. How ironic is that? I've spent the last 10 years writing strictly LGBT stuff and when I don't I miss that part. Head desk.

But thanks to the sites duskpeterson gave me I have multiple dark fantasy/horror markets to try so not all is lost. I need to find a beta for this short story and the other one i might finish by tomorrow, a monster sort of steampunk set in Wales. I have another steampunk/ghost story I want to do all of which need done very soon. Need betas might not get that in time.
