A Night of Writing Dangerously

cornerofmadnessIt went so well that I skipped my planned writerly ways. We had a pot luck at the ML's house. It was nice and well attended by furry creatures.
My silly naive possibly asexual poison gardener decided the chaste kiss he got was far too exciting and suddenly he's talking threesomes. I'm like really now? I wrote it. I'm sure I'll cut it.
Wonders is anyone will want to read this thing once I clean up the first bits later.
And I keep forgetting it's Sunday and tomorrow I have to go to work....

Nano Snippet: Malas drew his own gun and Solan knew the prince wouldn't go down without a fight. She summoned up her own magic. To her shock, Camristy spurred his horse directly at the magic howling a Kalan war cry. His sword was out and he cleaved the arm off one of the enemies before the man even knew what was happening.
Camristy swung off his horse and impaled another soldier, moving so fast Solan didn't believe it possible. The enemy mage cursed and slung a bolt of energy at him, crackling with magic Solan knew could seriously wound if not kill on touch.
It burst on Camristy who didn't even slow. The mage cursed loudly. "I didn't believe it."
"The Lady of Blood and Bone protects me."
