because it's sapping my sanity. You'd think I'd be writing or something but not so much. Mostly I've been working on my lectures (only to see it's not on my flashdrive so when I get up I better hope it's on the old desk top. Did I mention it's working again?)

But I did get this today and it made me smile. James Marsters said he'd say something to you if you voted and damned if he didn't. Cool

So instead of politics I offer up some pretty things and hope you'll do the same.

winter trees at my place

This is that tree that fell over.

Tintern Abbey

I HAVE switched projects (I got four chapters done in the horror thing but right now for my depression I need to switch to something happier) Again to those reading my snippets thank you. I'lll BBL later with one. This story is like Supernatural's hunters but only if they were as organized as Buffy's Watchers. And yeah set in the 1980s with rather pretty monster hunters (I mean I'm using 1980s Jon Bon Jovi and Lou Diamond Phillips for body inspiration for two of them). Also in trying to find the character sheets I shared last year on the nano link I did find a post talking about the neurologist telling me how sorry she feels for me because of how messed up my nerves are in my legs. yay)

He snorted. “No one in the history of all time has ever said that about me before.”

“We figured,” Alessia broke free of Grace’s grasp. “You know the team looked into you.”

Howell took a step back from Grace. ”I know. I don’t blame you. You didn’t learn anything good.”

“Dan hasn’t told us everything he learned but it concerned him. But we all decided not to make judgements based on that. You came here for a fresh start. We owe you that much,” Grace said.

“I’m not sure I’m off to such a great one.”

“It’s not a bad one either,” grace said.

“Thanks to you we found the clue in that abandoned house. You’ve been an asset. I don’t care about your heritage so long as you aren’t unleashing it on me,” Alessia said.

“I’ll keep my doggy side in check.”

“No howling at the moon.” Grace smiled.

“No barking, no shedding on the furniture, no humping anyone’s legs,” Howell held up his hands.

“Don’t be too hasty,” Alessia said and Grace elbowed her.

Red as a fall apple, Howell buried his face in his palms. “Dan warned me not to give you an opening but do I listen? Nac ydy.”

“I have a question, not about whatever pervy thing Al’s thinking of.
