Half frozen burritos for breakfast
Nov. 18th, 2022 10:56 pmBecause why not end up on a super shitty note. My burrito was half frozen and I put it back in...and it stayed half frozen. The microwave died. Are you fucking kidding me? Is everything electronic of mine going to die this year (three computers on the fritz, my phone...)
Good news is i learned about the heritage tour in Gallipolis. Now I've been going to the lights for year (for a tiny town with next to no money they put on a fantastic light show) but now I learned on thursdays in Dec you can go to the museums for free with the light show later. I've have long wanted to go to the John Gee historical Black church (this area was big in the Underground Railroad) and the Our Home museum. I didn't even KNOW there was a railroad museum.
I'll be back later with a snippet. Struggling to write tonight.

Snippet - “How do they even know there are problems on the campus? Is it that sheriff?” Howell asked. “Or is one of them an oracle?” Howell asked.
“Vivian is an oracle. It’s hard to put anything past her,” Grace warned. And Howell sighed.
What might he want to get up to that he doesn’t want Vivian to know? Dan’s warning about Howell being dangerous rang in Al’s mind. So far he’s been nothing g but pleasant but that could be how he lured people in. She scowled. She didn’t like thinking bad about a team mate and having down so made her feel guilty.
Students milled in front of the Chi house, several with the clear plastic cups filled with beer in hand. It was awful early for that. Was it a special night because didn’t the Chis have Friday nights as their destinated kegger night as the largest frat on campus. The others divided up the other days so there was always a party to be found if one looked hard enough.
Dan and Grace ran for Burnham Hall, Dan making good on his desire to avoid Tony at all costs. Who could blame him? It was only a matter of time before they got into a fight and Dan would either have to pretend to let Tony beat him up or clean Tony’s clock. If it came down to it, Al hoped for the latter.
