Reading the riot act
Oct. 16th, 2023 10:35 pmon both cheating and hazing had a few different reactions. Some were enthusiastically behind me. Some rolled their eyes. The ones I knew who were guilty of it wouldn't look at me. A couple came up after to tell me about cheating they saw but as predicted with a small amount of students they don't want to go forward because everyone will know.
I plan to write a letter to all of nursing and ultrasound to share my concerns. I know what I'm going to do (nothing on the table but your writing utensil) but this also explains why we're having board exam issues. You have someone cheating thru school and hit that board exam (where you are allowed nothing in the room, unless you have an ada statement) and fail miserably. Sigh
Got another story rejection. that's everything. I have nothing out there. I have one I'll send off in december so this year started strong and petered right out. ah well.
How about a little twist on music monday? Every week a new letter represented. You've seen this challenge before. So the group/solo act has to start with the letter of the week and if you want you can borrow this for you blog or drop your music into the comments here. Let's have some fun with this. I have several for this.
From my childhood, come ELO was everywhere
From my teen years I mean how excited were you to see this pop up on MTV
The early 00s, I loved them and was a bit surprised how fast they faded
And today, I think what I like best about this one is the video reminds me of the 80s
