It's been a day

It was funny how fast my doctor's nurse got him to give me a time off jury duty letter. The court house called me within a half hour to say you're good until next year. So that's good

Less good later in the day (post office closure) all of my dermabond incisional sites, the dermabond (think surgical superglue) has let go of my skin. It would take nothing to catch it and tear everything open. I've hidden them under some big bandages but I have to call in the morning to find out what the hell to do (I never used this stuff when I was a surgeon) Also hoping this doesn't get caught in the bedding and I wake up in a pool of blood. The incisions themselves are still tight and looking happy.

Mom ran to walmart for me to get a new shade for my lamp, and some dinner and somehow I'm not getting anything done that I want to.

I wish there was a way to hurry pathology along. The waiting really is the hardest part.
