Happy Anniversary

It's my parent's 60th wedding anniversary. They were supposed to go somewhere. They're still here. Ah well. Happy anniversary anyhow mom and dad.

I started glut exercises with those crap therabands. I knew I had lost strength but not this much. Also it's causing serious pain in my knee. I'm not sure why. Will need to research that

And this is not on DW. A million lives recovery You may have heard of this where a lot of authors were scammed by a so called book festival. Many were left in debt. That link will take you to affected authors, find new authors, get new books, help someone.

I'm annoyed right now. My computer glitched badly with Word. SOmething wasn't saved and I had to restart the computer. Even more annoying I could have sworn I saved that file in two places before stopping for dinner and the two places have two different versions (didn't save at all in one place)
