I learned something today

I can not and probably never will be able to crochet. There was a crochet class at the library and I was looking forward to it. I got there and to say they had more people than they expected is an understatement. There was at least 30 of us. I had to sit on the wall by myself. Which wasn't good. I could have used helped. The teacher did work with me until I got one on the chain but then when she left I promptly managed to not only not hook a new one, I lost the ones I had. Worse, it REALLY made my hand hurt. After an hour and a half, I left.

Oh well, who needs another hobby? I can try again with the wide-grip needles and more one on one (this is a perfect example of why large class sizes are bad).

I need to work up a beer journal. Three of the four beers on tonight's tasting board were fantastic. ..but I'm wondering if the boom boom shrimp was bad because I feel horrible.

I came home and my sugar crashed on top of it.


I had the weirdest dream last night. Part of it was at a school but I can't remember any of that part. Then I took a cow I had found to this barn that specialized in making ice cream. My parents went with me. They asked me about where the cow came from and did it ride well in a car. I asked who the hell would put a cow in the car (while thinking i had just done that).

They let me milk her and wanted to know if I wanted ice cream from her. While they were chilling it, they came me some kind of wine that my cow made possible (I don't even want to know). It came in a wine bottle plus a little jam jar and it was expensive (I was surprised I was charged). Then suddenly they had this huge bowl of ice cream for us that looked more like icing in a stainless steel bowl. They had a flavor add in bar. Lemon,blackberry and vanilla and a few others. Dad grabbed his bowl and started to flavor it as excited as a little kid and the server seemed so shocked.

Yeah no clue what that was about, me and my cow.
