You give love a bad name

cornerofmadnessDrove across three states listening to a variety of mix stations, 80s 90s & today and every one played BonJovi's You Give Love a Bad Name. Heard it 5 times, still one of my favorite songs of theirs.
The trip was good. It was a great day, cool, grey so no sun hurting my eyes. Not too many idiots on the road.
The only problem was the furry creature who does give love a bad name. He ran between my legs the moment I got up and hid under my bed. I usually at least get the chance to get the doors shut. My bed is low to the ground. I could barely get a hand between him and the box spring to haul him out and I did have to poke him with a stick to get him away from the middle of the bed. I scraped up my elbows and knees and my room is trashed. I left it that way. Sigh.
I home to see all my parents' flowers under bridal veiling (the wrens keep trying to build in them) and to learn my ghost hunting lesbian flash fic will be in an anthology. Cool.
