I took what should have been a 3000 word day and turned it into a 1332 word day. But I did get some editing done and caught up on my writers group critiques which were weeks behind.

I hope you all did better than I. Today has been more battle the gray hand of depression than productive but I'm starting to slowly push the boulder forward.

Sorry you're having a rough day. Me too; but I did recover enough to write in the evening, and got about 150 words on novel-character-exploration through a writing exercise, and 393 on the spicy advent calendar fic. (Which is sure taking its time moving to the spicy territory.)

I got over a hundred words in by adding foreshadowing early. I intend to do more. /o\

I'm sorry you're struggling with the mean reds, deep blues, and/or gray dog. I hope you feel better soon, though I know that's probably not a useful hope. Anyway, I hope the muse is more cooperative soon. :-)

I wrote 1236 on the third Spicy Advent story and am nearing the finish. I have maybe a couple of hundred words of schmoopiness, and then it's done.
