After a long accidental writing hiatus, I have at least managed to finish my Public Call draft today in time for deadline. There are small mercies.

I keep thinking of ways I can use crazy Denethor's "Set a fire in my flesh" at school, but your Theoden observation is probably more easily worked into everyday conversation--lol!

I wrote another 600 on my LotR fic. Three more segments to go.

Crazy life is crazy. Wrote 2,2k on the 22nd, 2,2k NaNo + 1,6k nonfic on the 23rd and won NaNo. On the 24th something came up demanding even more of my time, so it's only been 1,3k then and 690 yesterday, both a real struggle to fit in.

Finished my Public Call fic, 1628 new words, plus gave it a round of editing, too. That was a bit tiring. But hey, I did it!
