They are pointless. We spent an hour listening to the Athletic department justifying their existence and how much they bring in in student numbers and revenue to protest yet another 10% cut in their budget.

They have a point. As one faculty member pointed out you can't cut your way to prosperity. And in the end all administration said was a) they agree but the board doesn't and we STILL have no plan for who is getting cut and when. We're supposed to be doing what the athletes did but no one has told us WHAT they want in this program review which is supposed to be done in the next few weeks.

So with no guidance as to what they want, we need to come up with a plan during the busiest time of the year. We could have done that in an email and saved an hour of my life. I'm beginning to think I'll never get to my sabbatical next year. I'm getting to the point of I don't care.

I finished all the cosplay but NOT my story edits. I need more hours in the day.

I have to say that I have not always been the biggest fan of The Magicians but this year has been engaging. Also I want to do naughty things with Eliot. Tonight's episode was fun and they were all pretty damn hot.

What We Do in Shadows was much like the show, partly funny, partly eye rolling and even by my potty mouth standards there were way too many fucks in that 40 minute run time.
