I could use some help
May. 16th, 2019 09:13 pmI'm beat. So the topper to a crappy day yesterday was reading in bed and seeing a tick embedded in my arm. Sigh. And then today I woke up because in grinding my teeth in my sleep I ground my tongue. I'm awake 5 seconds and already hate the day.
The tick no doubt came from my garden. I'm still sore from that (SO out of shape) and I cleaned today, cleaned and edited. FINALLY all the Halloween and Christmas boxes are in the car to go to the storage shed. Hey it's almost Memorial day, it's time. God. So lazy.
I found where I hoarded all the sunflower heads from last year. Only two gave me seeds but it took a half hour to break them apart to get them. Stabbed myself in the thumb with a poky plant part. Thank god my tetanus is up to date.
And without spoilers, I have to say I was pretty happy with The Big Bang Theory finale. Cried a little at Sheldon's final speech and cheered at Amy's because damn we need to hear that. I was less happy with other bits of it but over all, it's a good ending (as opposed to OH so many where you're left thinking what the actual fuck?)
SOOOOO the help. I finally put together all the various prompt sections of my Mischief Christmas story (also need to get my
fluffbingo post up.) and I'm a little under 3K to make the bare min. word count. I could probably make it with both the solstice and/Christmas together bits but really there's NOT much I want to write there. No one really cares that much about reading about people gift giving (do they?!?) and finding out who is riling the ghosts/showing Joanne one final thing.
So here's some points a) The theme is when Christmas attacks (but in a non-angst way). So far I have Joanne the 100 year old woman who keeps popping up everywhere the three lovers are
b) I have a teenager who wants to be part of their ghost/demon hunting group (demons, werewolves witches etc are in this and are known to the populace at large) and she dogs them at least once
c) I have a little kid ghost and a peeping tom ghost who peeks into a vanilla sex scene, mostly because in spite of this being f/f, f/m polyamory, I want the sex to a min because I need to go check but I don't think this publisher likes a lot of sex in their stories (imagine, wanting LBGT stories for MORE than what happens in the bedroom!)
d) they've been attacked by a snowman possessed by a ghost, which I thought was kinda funny but probably needs punching up.
The help, given these parameters, anyone have any ideas what else could 'attack' in a more humorous than sad/dangerous way? Thanks

I was irritated by one thing, too, because I have been dreading it happening ever since the discussion about it earlier in the season when Penny didn't want it to happen. Is that the same thing you were less happy about?
