Anniversary

cornerofmadnessIt was my parents 54th anniversary today. They didn't do much other than go out for a ride in the roadster and go out to dinner. There was 8 people in their wedding party. Other than my aunt and uncle they're all still alive and all still in contact which is pretty impressive since they're all on the high side of 70.
As for me I had to deal with CVS messing up my meds and do shopping for mom at GFS. That was a mistake. It's large volume sized stuff but I didn't know there was two different sizes so now we have WAY more chicken than anyone wants or needs.
I have a meme to do but I'm too tired. We watched Aquaman which was a mistake to watch right after Black Panther since both hinged on ritual combat for the throne where you knew the hero would lose and then come back to win later. I did enjoy it though.
Wednesday's reading meme
What I Just Finished Reading: Monolith by John Passarella which is an ANgel the Series tie-in novel. It was entertaining. And I finished Plotting for Murder a cozy mystery that was pretty good and Mort a discworld novel which entertained. All three went to the popsugar challenge and I think at least one goes for theljbookbingo challenge.
What I am Currently Reading: Mayhem and Mass, another amateur sleuth mystery. I'm iffy about this one over the way one of the characters is treating the police (and wondering why they won't share with her)
What I Plan to Read Next: something for a challenge no doubt
