cornerofmadnessWhat I Just Finished Reading: A Lover’s Mercy by Fiona Zedde a lesbian superhero novel but it's technically a sequel. It was okay but I felt a little lost (having not read #1 and I wasn't a fan of the pov character).
And Mayhem & Mass by Olivia Matthews. I met Ms Matthews at the Ohioana book festival and really wanted to like this. I did to a point but when it comes to cozy mysteries I really don't like it when the amateur is at odds with the actual cops.
What I am Currently Reading: Spellbent by Lucy A. Snyder, another author I met at the Ohioana book festival and another book I want to like. So far I'm a bit annoyed with this urban fantasy.
and In/Spectre, Vol. 6 (漫画 虚構推理 ) by Kyo Shirodaira which had such promise but this thing has gotten SO boring.
What I Plan to Read Next: I think I'll be reading Glass Houses by Rachel Caine for the Popsugar challenge for something set at a university. So far, not so good
