Finding a flight isn't easy. I was a ball of anxiety by the end (mom loves it. She's weird). Paying for it was worse as Capitol One shocked me with a you need a code to purchase this and then had problem after problem getting the code. After a half hour arguing with the call center, it went thru without the code or their damn help (of which there was none)

But the good news is, I have my tickets to Ireland and Wales. Just got notification that a couple of the sites are no longer open so we'll be changing a few things but it's not much.

evil_little_dog is coming along on my research trip. I think it's entirely possible she's more excited about this trip than me. It's pretty last minute because I honestly didn't think I was going to go (and honestly if she wasn't coming I might not have gone. She's always wanted to go to Wales).

I like that I'll get see more. If I ever won the lottery, that's all I'd do, travel and explore and be a big ball of anxiety.

Best part I had to pay an upcharge to get to Boston from Pittsburgh because the plane is nearly 100% sold out and all the cheap ones are. At least the plane to Dublin is nearly empty in one half of it so as long as I make it to Boston I should be okay. Coming back I couldn't go direct or even with just one connector ah well. And it leaves at 6 AM
