Dodged a bullet

cornerofmadnessMonday I was going to hike around Old Man cave (fairly easy) and Rock House (never been but hear it's harder) but decided it was too rainy all weekend. Well, right when I would have been there some poor woman was killed when a tree branch broke free and smashed her head. You just never know.
I had a strange dream the other day. I was home and in bed reading. Suddenly Dad was there trying to talking to me. Meanwhile I'm hiding chocolate truffles under the covers. then my brother pops up and he's talking too and under the covers more and more chocolates appear until it's a melted mess and I'm covered like I'm rolling in mud. WTF brain?
I DO have good news. I sold another 100$+ off Modified and Sacred (Thanks againtinhutlady for the help). I've made more off this silly SF novella than I have off novels. I wonder if this publisher knows better how to promote SF. They're certainly getting the rest of my genre fic.

wipbigbang and I think you'll love it (It's sound tracks). I'm excited. I'm not sure a) I am going to be done b) going to be posting it ALL up in spite of the rules. It's killing me to put up first draft stuff which is what I'll have to do. Ugh.
I wish I DID have time to make up a cover for Like Stone but I don't. And I need to get back at it.
