First off, spook_me is open!! (Both on DW & LJ). Halloween writing challenges for the win. Join me there, it's fun! (and you're writing for yourself so low pressure!)

And I finished Like Stone! Okay I have the final chapter to finish but it's been posted to wipbigbang. You can find it here.

I'm pretty damn proud of this one too and a bit stunned. When I signed up for the big bang, it was 13K and I was expecting it to go 20K, which is about what it was when I sent it to rahirah to beta (still haven't used it yet, I will I swear!) but I ended up adding 100K to it. It's another freaking novel. Now I've only posted a couple more chapters today (because I had edited them back when I thought this wouldn't be that long). No one wants to see 100K of first draft. So I will be working on putting it up diligently. I hope some people come and see it.

Even if you don't (I'm honest, I know Connor and/or Dawn are like the least popular characters in Buffyverse for reasons I've never quite gotten yeah they're annoying but at least they didn't plan gang rapes, looking at you Andrew, and yes I DID decide to put a warning for my dislike of him on the author's notes, thenewbuzwuzz) DO stop in and listen to the two fan tracks penaltywaltz created for them (see the above link).

I still want some art for this but it can wait.
