Struggles

I fell down the rabbit hole tonight. I was fine, even with my legs going numb and me being unable to stand (arthritis + horrible chair in class while sitting as they tested =inflamed nerves) and then I called home. Sigh.

One day I'm going to say something and my father will believe me WITHOUT having to look it up. Normally I want people to do the research. But his pattern is to disbelieve me and look it up. If I'm wrong, I will never hear the end of it. If I'm partially right I'll only have to hear about the part I got wrong. If I'm 100% right I'll never hear about it again.

Then I was talking to mom about my brother coming here. Well I'm BUSY. I work all day and then I have HOURS of work on the online class when I'm home. I've been working until 930-1000 every night. I don't have time to clean the house before they come. Not to mention I need to get my kitchen cleared out because I need the fridge replaced but the asshole landlords won't get back to me. Her response, well stop WRITING and you'll have time.

I'm became very irrational after that and irritable. I begged off because I have to grade tests which was true. Good news and bad news there. Good news, on the whole they did very very well. Bad news, these are nursing students who have heard this material once and they blew away my pre-meds who have heard this all before. Really those pre-meds (except two) should reprioritize a few things

I did have a few smiles today. newbuzwuzz left me a few nice reviews and cozy_coffee wrote me two really nice comment_fic so that's nice. I'll have to share them soon.

ANd hey I "finished" Like Stone. Yeah it needs editing but it's 120K. What the hell. Maybe I am writing too much. I did start my fandomtrumpshate and iwry_marathon stories.

Honestly it's nothing new to me. I worked longer hours when I saw patients.

A cross between mango and banana sounds yummy! Though I could do without the rotting meat smell of the blossoms, lol!

yeah that's not a blossom I want close. I find them yummy but the texture IS that of a mushy overripe bannana which puts people off.
