I would love to have one day

cornerofmadnessI would love to have one day where I don't have to say what fresh hell is this? Today is not my day (but good to know I might be without power for two weeks, side eyes my electrical company).
And it didn't start out well either. I couldn't figure out why my breakfast burrito wasn't in the microwave (I put it in my lunch bag) Get to work to find what I DIDN'T put in my lunch bag was a microwave safe dish for lunch. Had to go to Subways. THeir new brisket sandwich isn't worth the price surprising no one.
Topped it off with a faculty meeting where we met the new President. I'm glad one of us said to us, everyone who has been cut raise your hand. Half of us there. THAT sent a message. I informed him of how the local schools now hate the university after what the board pulled. Have fun.
On the way out, people told me how lovely my purple hair was. That was nice.
Came home to be reminded I haven't sent in my cover specs. Well hell. I'll have to do that tomorrow.
I could use a beta for my IWRY and Spook_me stories but getting them DONE would be nice.
I recorded a 1963 movie, The Haunting which looks so far to be a pretty faithful adaptation of Shirley Jackson's The Haunting of Hill House. (though I have to admit I actually liked the remake of this with Catherine Zeta Jones, Liam Neeson, Lily Thompson and Owen Wilson, yeah it's not a particularly good movie but it's fun to look at)

THat said this is well shot, well acted and entertaining
