Christmas is back on

Mom managed to distract dad with pulling out the holiday crates and didn't have to go for seafood so I'm forgiven.

I've learned an important thing. Using my feet to balance on a high stool for three hours causes my bad foot to go nuclear. It didn't hurt last night. This morning the pain when I stepped down was so bad I fell. It took hours before i could put any weight on it at all.

I can't pull my brain together today to write much but I DID manage to get three chapters for my class next semester, the new micro one, done. I'm good to go there. Yay.

And I didn't get the chance to share fan recs yesterday so have some today.

Does your mother not like anything else they serve at Red Lobster? When I go there (with my niece, usually) I get their chicken, lol! And fill up on their cheese biscuits.

That's what I told her to do, chicken and those amazing biscuits but she can't even stand the smell of the place.
