Thanksgiving

I spent the day grading all the things and just relaxing. Not writing but I want to do some yet tonight.

Been worrying more about Kanda. I took away all his dry food but he still didn't eat the moist only. If this continues I'll have to call the vet.

My dinner came out well but I'm not feeling that well yet so I left off the sweet potatoes I thought it would be too fibrous for my idiot stomach. On the menu was shrimp cocktail, loaded potato soup, stuffin' muffins, Kroger's rotissiere turkey breast and my homemade gravy, and bacon-wrapped asparagus and strawberry cheesecake for dessert. And I opened a bottle from a local winery I hadn't tried before, sweet, good.

I wanted to add this. Dessert was on fancy porcelain from Italy that we found cleaning out Grandma's home which had been put away for 'good guests.' (which Mom & I had never seen before). Let me say this: YOU are good enough for the good china. You deserve to treat yourself. Go nuts

(Are the stuffin' muffins with dried cranberries and cheese? My s-i-l makes something like that and they are surprisingly good!)

Thanks. My stomach is an ass most days but then it picks a week or two to be really a jerk.

No, I don't like cranberries much but cheese...hmmmm maybe next time I try them.
