cornerofmadnessHere's the thing, I've been so swamped, so behind on everything that I can't possibly clean this apartment before I leave. It took months to get to this state. It's going to take months to fix especially since I keep getting overwhelmed.
Now that I've come to accept that, I feel better. I'll do what I can and just leave this weekend regardless. In theory on Friday they're coming to fix the door and the toilet. That's good.
There might be a silver living to not getting many bites on the offer to do ficlets for friends, maybe I can finish something longer. I dunno. I'll miss it though.![[community profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/community.png)
fandom_stocking did announce it was taking this year off for good reasons.
In good news, we have two new biology professors, bless them. They'll need it.
trying to think of something fem=slashy for Crusher/Troi in ST:TNG for someone who already did give me a little something atstocking_wishlist as it's at least a fandom I know. It probably won't be too slashy. Just need to think of a little something for them to be doing. If you're interested in gifting fannish things there are a few white collar fans there (I think I have fans on here)
Feeling pretty sad tonight but I have coquito so that's of the good.
I woke up angry and anxious because I dreamt that my CR-V had problems and I traded it in at the library for a different SUV with like no prep work or anything but what made me angry it was because I hadn't cleaned out Goyjo and traded him in with all my stuff in it, house keys, music, walking stick etc etc. Funny part, Mom also woke up angry because she and I had gone to the casino which was outside in the grass and she left her purse at a slot machine with all our money, house keys, car keys....
