Writing for Charity and other exchanges

cornerofmadnessBefore I get into that, let me say I'm sad. I was happy that one of my students picked me as his professor who helped them the most. BUT no one emailed me to tell me the dinner was last night so I stood him up and feel bad. Sigh.

fandomtrumpshate auction for charity again this year. Well they contacted me to see if I can help scare up some support from the Buffyverse fans as both creators AND bidders. The problem is other than tweeting about it and writing about it here, I don't have a connection to the fandom much any more. I don't have a tumblr or discord. However some of YOU do so if you want to pass along the word, that would be great. In three years they've raised 75K for charities that resist the hate of Trump's policies.
Speaking of writing for charity there's this
I'm debating on it because I DO have a pro commitment and I've already signed up for one of these. Sigh. What to do? If I do sign up tonight, it would be for Prodigal Son only because I know at this point I can whip out something short very very easily.
And then there's this. I can't craft well any more but this looks like fun and some of you might enjoy it. Check it out.
