I got my Chocolate Box story posted. I will eventually have to go back and edit it as it needs to be anonymous at first and I thought my beta might give it away (well probably not to the recipient as I don't know them. I've not written these two together before (well once but it was SO AU I don't count it.) I wasn't sure I could pull this off (as most of the requests were slash ships I don't do) but there was this one gen request and I think it came out really good for what it is.

I need to feel that because today I'm feeling awful about my writing.

I'm also feeling awful about my knee. It's getting a painful rash and I'm like is that shingles on top of 200 bruises? Ah well, I'll keep my eye on it.

I did say I would say one good thing about myself for a week. Thing 2 - I am smart and even if that off-puts some people (looking at half the men who ever wanted to try and date me), it is a good thing.

I just had a slew of people friending me. I'm not sure where you came from, maybe the snowflake thing but welcome. Feel free to introduce yourselves.

Same here! I'm hoping for a story for Prodigal Son more than anything but since I love the three I put in for I'm sure I'll be happy. Last year I got a lovely piece of Willow/Tara art.

And this might make you laugh. I straight up said in microbiology today that a virus's icosahedral capsid looked like D&D dice, you know the kind you hear about in Critical Role

Hello! Also here due to WED. I don't post much, you'll probably hear more from me while hosting WED than you'll see posts from me for the next six months combined.

Sorry you're having a feeling awful day about your writing :( I have learned that for me the only way to get out of that feeling is to write more, which is easier said than done. Cheerful betas are also great but one cannot lob fic at cheerful betas every single day of one's life. ("Here, I wrote an alibi sentence today" "Oh, that's a lovely sentence. Grammatically interesting, and I love the imagery!" "It's five words long.")
