I finished my Chocolate Box fic! It still needs editing, but I looked through it and it doesn't seem like it needs a huge amount of work. I posted it already so I won't have to stress about it; I'll probably do the editing on the weekend. I'm so happy to be done before the last day for once! :-) Maybe I'll even have time to write treats! I've got several ideas...

Day 6 - 1445 words - a 500 word challenge ficlet, 854 words on the WiP, and a bit of editing. Now I tink I'll read some fanfic.

Feb 6: Spent a little while last night transcribing a chunk of longhand. Today I wrote four more longhand pages, bus and lunch.

That quote is hella appropriate right now. I'm not at all sure I'm taking this last bit in the right direction, but like the post-it says, I'll figure it out.

I've got about 500 words today so far, and hope to add considerably more, despite being stuffed with tons of tea and far too much food after a delightful dinner out. ^^ But hey, it's not even midnight yet, no time for a night owl, right? *g*

Canadian electronic band. For some reason I always thought they were Anishinaabe, but Wikipedia says Mohawk and Cayuga.

Electric Powwow Drum is probably their best know track, I've seen it in a couple of commercials.

Oh cool. (and me too when it comes to music) That sounds like something I'd enjoy. You might like Indigenous, they were a Lakota blues band and I used to see them live in Deadwood eons ago

This is demonstrably untrue! Particularly today, when I'm tackling the same scene for the third time and cannot get it to work. Argh! ... I've thrown myself on the mercy of my betas.
