My head is exploding

I spent five hours making online exams and moving the last of my notes online. Holy fuck this is harder on my eyes than I thought. I only managed to make tWO exams in two of the four classes (okay technically three, I can just duplicate it for one of the classes as I have two sections).

It was the first day of the quarantine I was actually IN my place the whole day. I can do that pretty easily. It's concentrating that's my issue when I see all the things I need to do. One thing at a time, self, one thing at a time.

Even more rain is coming which is dangerous for me. Let's hope the new sump pump is up to it.

I was like oh I’ll get some dumb stuff done this week ... and then I did absolutely no dumb stuff. I underestimated my partner’s complete inability to entertain themselves (they travel a ton for work and have so little free time we typically spend it together hardcore). Hopefully next week I can do some dumb stuff.

Good luck. My mother is two steps from murdering my father. the men in my family are incapable of entertaining themselves. It's only a matter of time before my brother is calling me every day

Just wanted to say that I SO hear you, re: how time-consuming this whole moving online process is. I'm exhausted and nowhere near done, and I only have five blocks of two different preps to worry about. I don't know how teachers with more than two preps or who are on a daily teaching schedule are doing it, I really don't. Ugh.

OMG I never expected it to be this hard and I've taught online classes before. thank god one of my 4 classes is just a second section of micro so I only have to duplicate things but my god, it's nuts.

I'm averaging three hours to make one exam. Shoot me. I have NINE to make.
