"Prose and Cons" is a great title. :D What was the "prose" part of the story?

The Prose is that a) the protagonist, Violet, owns a magical bookstore with her grandmother Daisy b) that the Red Inkers, a writers group meets there and c) one of the Red Inkers is the murder victim.

It's not half bad as cozies go

I'm going to check out the first in the Prose and Cons series since they take place in NY. I can use it to fill a bingo square. *g*

it was pretty good, enough for me to get the second (If you can handle budding love triangles (eye roll) and magical book stores)
