cornerofmadnessI was going to do the yellow challenge at the sunshine challenge. And then I woke up at 630 with an amazing headache. Whee. I opened my work email and had to call in to IT. OMG there is SO. MUCH. MORE work than anticipated.
Have to record ALL my lectures.
Have online meetings they expect me to attend.
Had to put out fires all over the place with incoming students.
Was handed a new incoming student
Had to deal with a parent of a student.
FInally said screw it and went swimming when my brother called me. I get there, 10 minutes later it went from bright and sunny to black and rumbly. 10 minutes later it was raining. Sigh.
Came home, cooked dinner, and another storm popped up. Two deer were looking around like they were about to blow away and they probably did.
Then I got edits from my publisher and they're due tomorrow. Head desk.
