Computers hate me

cornerofmadnessMy desk top did wonky shit, my laptop lost 40 minutes of lecture capture and my desk top at work wouldn't accept a single password so I was unable to log on and get the paperwork for trying yet again for loan forgiveness via the non-profit stuff. So I've had about enough of computers today.
I did meet with the 401K financial advisor who has me retiring in 2040...I'll be 73. I'm leaving it for now because I need to be aggressive. Not sure anything else wrong with this got settled including how much that's being taken out. I couldn't finish the paperwork without going to HR and since I can't get the other form, I tabled it for later this week.
Fandom challenge - C: A ship you have never liked and probably never will. - Honestly I don't like this question because no matter how I answer it I'll be yucking someone's yum. I'll leave it at any ship with pedophilia and incest.
I had a wild dream this morning. I had a very complex and strange dream. I remember being with friends, trying to stop my mom from doing something dangerous. She was standing on a rotted picnic table, very excited about something she was doing. She had to buy this house. She showed us the videoed home tour of the home and it was like a family movie talking about how much they liked the house. It was a good house but when we got outside in the video we were physically there.
It was awfully close to the neighbors and I told mother that. She insisted she was buying it because for some reasons they couldn’t jack up the price and it was selling for exactly what it was worth. She wanted to rent the house to me. We walked up the street and there was this huge yellow hotel with green trim named the Avast. I knew that hotel at the top of the block was a huge city scape and I’m like Mom no to the house, it’s on campus. I don’t want to be on OU’s campus (which is not in a big ocean side town).
I started walking telling them why this house wouldn’t work and complaining that the crowds of people weren’t wearing their masks, when a young man hands me a napkin telling me I’ve won whatever was on the napkin at Schute’s Plaid a new exclusive store. He pointed me to a building and bounced off. I went inside, waited in line but it was a dentist’s office. As I contemplating taking his card because I’m tired of my dentist, the receptionist winked at me and sent me into the building to find the Plaid. I couldn’t, came out and she told me it was a special secret entrance (which seems dumb for a store but I got the idea that it was so expensive, exclusive that only a handful of people needed to know how to find it).
It had a weird elevator that moved horizontal before dropping down. The Plaid was super red. It had clothing (not much of it), jewelry and even red sports cars. They greeted me happily and took my napkin. They traded it for a string of tickets telling me the yellow ones (if I got one) was a winner. I did get something that looked like a return bill for 50000$ earrings. And then the woman who gave me tickets got me even more of them.
And then somehow I was outside walking the seaside city but realized I had never retrieved my prize and was trying to get back to Plaid but I couldn’t find it. Then CVS called and woke me up. Sigh.

Yeah, I don't anticipate retiring anytime before 70 and 70 is only if I am lucky. Stupid expenses.
