The good and the bad

The good: I sort of lifted my leg off the bed in a straight leg raise (barely but better than it lying there like it's dead) and I walked the stairs like a boss. No fear. No hesitation, straight down and right back up. Go me.

The bad: The orthopedic doc STILL hasn't called my PT. They had to call my GP to sign off on more therapy. That should never have happened. The PT called and left a third message. I called and said I wasn't happy that the lack of a PT plan from their office nearly cost me PT entirely. Still waiting to hear back about that

The worse: Pittsburgh is going to be hotter next week than Florida, North Carolina and Georgia. WTF? It's going to be in the 90s

I did no editing today. I am bad. I don't even know where this day WENT to.

Proud fan moment - Keiko Ageno asked for those doing a lot to help save Prodigal Son so she could make an appreciation thread and my name came up a couple times (which also meant fielding a lot of tweets.)

The follow-up care you've received is one big head-shake. What the heck?!! I hope it gets straightened out. Before you don't need PT anymore.

It's going to get warm up here, too. Not looking forward to it. And yet, still better than the rain we've been having. My mood (aka motivation) took a downhill slump during that time and I need some sun and warm temps. Still, not THAT warm. *g*
