How's it going? Right now I'm trying to write while nursing students suffer take my exam.

I got over 900 words on the original short story and over 700 on Bound by Fear before the brain weasels came back. Sigh.

I did get what I'd written yesterday morning typed in and I added a few more words in the evening.

Day 22: I got more written this morning! I've finished what I think will be the first chapter. (I'm currently thinking that this story will cover the highlights of the year and the chapters will be the months. This might not hold up the farther I get in the story. *g*)

Not sure I'll have time to type it in this afternoon, but that's my goal.

On Day 22, I added 221 words to that tarot story I started a few days ago. I have an extra-long work day tomorrow (evening obligation), and then things clear up for a bit. I'm hoping to give my attention to the weird western novella and also the ghost story I "finished" a few days ago. I'm not entirely sold on the ending to it, and I need to go back over the whole thing to see if I can find the thread to pull through to the end. Tomorrow, though, I'm expecting alibi-sentence level stuff. ;-)

23rd: I wrote 265 words on my zine fic, which is now over the maximum word count and needs to be trimmed, and I typed up some edits for another WIP from my notebook and my Kindle notes. Also survived a very early morning and a plumbing emergency. \o/

Days Twenty and Twenty-One were still moving forward on things, but I'm having a plotting stall on one assignment and I need to figure out a resolution on the other one, so I'll probably go back to the other long term things that need doing to see if something shakes lose while I'm making words elsewhere.
