I can't control everything

I need to accept that. I can't do a damn thing about what Putin's doing. I have two choices, dwell and make myself a panicked mess or try to shove it down and go on best I can. I'm good in the day but man that's hard at night when I don't have the distractions of work.

Today started with cat barf everywhere, thankfully on a blanket and a towel so I can at least clean up easier.

I tried to get a college recruiter to take me with her. She works at a chiro med school in the Fingerlakes, gorgeous campus.

Tried to get hotel room at the steampunk con. 100% sold out which has me rethinking the con. So. Many. People.

Went to the winery. That was good at least.

I'm fighting Word. The latest update is NOT showing the track changes as I make them no matter how I toggle it. In fact my older version at home shows up all the changes but the one at work doesn't even show them. Like I need this.
