Another casino, another win

A small one this time but I'm walking away a winner. My brother and his wife (and a friend of his from high school) went to the casino in WV today. It was mostly a nice trip. The dinner wasn't bad but this is one of the worst ventilated casinos ever (It's old, one of the first outside of Atlantic City/Vegas way back when the legislation changed). This is where we always went until the one in PA was built. It was SO smokey we honestly didn't stay playing more than 40 minutes because of it was like a bar from 1967 in there. My eyes still burn and I smell like an ash tray.

I won about 50 dollars but only came home with ten of that but still I played on their money and my player's card still worked. Last time I was there was 2 days before lockdown.

We went back to their home and I played with the kitten for hours. I'm not sure I'll be cat sitting for one of the three cats. He's old with congestive heart failure and diabetes and if he's going to go I hope it's not in August when I'm cat sitting. I was SO excited to have streaming television where I can see Sandman, Wednesday, Good Omens II that I totally forgot they have a POOL until my SiL mentioned it. I'm like OH! Right! POOL!

Also I got to try maple pecan bourbon tonight. It's like drinking Mrs. Butterworth. I need to go find this nonsense.

Tomorrow I head back for home. Boy this went fast.

There are still places you can smoke inside?!! I wouldn't be able to go there at all because I can't breathe it. I think I got my dad's lungs.

Almost all casinos are smoking (not the ones here in OH) Smoking usually equals other addictions...like gambling.

Just the week because I'll have to go back to work.
