Big Bone Test

cornerofmadnessMy favorite question of the day (after sticking around an extra 30 minutes for 3 students) what do you mean by 'be specific?' A) I told you that 2 hours and 30 minutes ago B) Your hand/foot bones are numbered, remember?
REALLY? How? I look at this student and I think they know I'm now at my limit. How many do you think are in your hand? 'Five?' run with it sweetpea.
I at least got a lot of writing done. And I got the two tests for next week done so I can print and give them out tomorrow to those giving tests for me.
I did get out and vote not that I'm expecting it to go my way (trying to battle back OH's insanely restrictive abortion laws)
I don't have much for the fandom part of this other than I've been listening to the old Might Nein Critical Role campaign mostly because I came across this fan song by Noseworthy (who did some for Vox Machina and I love his voice)
this sounded interesting and then I stumbled over this teaser for the animated version of this:
Today I got to Sam's whole He's MY boy speech and it was very moving and honestly rather needed because I was starting to get annoyed with this campaign. It's tension filled in not the best ways for me (i.e. character in fighting that feels almost personal) It was good because there are a couple of characters in this I don't like (Beau, I seriously dislike this character and how Marisha plays her) I did manage to spoil myself looking at fan stuff. (yay, sigh)
But it also got my thinking about the accusation that some of this is scripted. I think yeah maybe it is but do we really care? They're making entertainment as much as they are playing D&D. I wish Tieflings had been around when I was playing more actively (In fact I need to go back and look over my novel scene where they're playing because they might have a few 5e class characters which would not have been player characters in 1986)

“You helped overthrow Belos, at literally the cost of your own life had it not been for your palisman. I’d say you’re well on your way to redeemed.”
“I don’t feel it here.” He thumped his chest.
