So I took a risk

And braved the crowds at the mall. Actually it was a good risk. I guess everyone was home getting ready for Easter. It was a light traffic day at the mall (trust me Huntington WV is stuck in the 90s as far as malls are concerned and I'm there for it).
I managed to get to Hillbilly Hot Dogs (unheard of on a weekend, hell for a second I thought they were closed), got to the comic book store and they actually did put the comic book I asked for on my pull list and...it's magazine sized. Oh geez. I grabbed a few other things. It feels like I'm cycling back out of comic books)
Macy's...I see why you're nearly bankrupt and on the verge of being bought out. For years and years you have been my go-to but man, in the last 5 years the clothing is just bad materials, ugly colors and cuts.
Did find some fun stuff at Home Goods.
I tried a new to me place, Fratelli's. They had a nice seafood alfredo.
There is now SO much manga at Booksammillion I don't know where to begin. There was one I wanted to try but I can't remember the name. sigh. A female adventuress after the campaign (I think she's an elf about to outlive her human companions). I did pick up something new to me but I can't remember that either. Sigh. I'm also in the mood for a series that is 105 volumes long.
I did have a chatty brain today though. Three Ravens is having a steampunk airship pirates open call and I had an idea for one where they're more privateers taking out those doing human trafficking, helping people and taking ill gotten gains but also with a little magic (and hope no one minds a bit of a genre mash up). Maybe it'll get somewhere.
