But at least I feel better today. All the pain is gone, as if the infection drained out over night (given the havoc wrecked on my blood sugar I'm betting that's more or less what it did)

Thanks to tests and class prep and all that boring junk, I didn't get as much written as I hoped. And part of it is my MC watching the girl he likes playing saxophone and thinking he wants to be the mouthpiece then having to hide his uh...interest from the girl's parents who are sitting behind him on the bleachers at the football game. Tell me again why I always write about teenaged boys?

Oh and I need a good, friendly nickname for a skinny boy. The one I'm using now is the same one I'm using with last year Nano's skinny teen boy.

It's YA set in Madison.

Killian's first day of school holds two unexpected things for the new kid, people who actually want to talk to the new kid and the kid who tried to shove him into a locker turns up dead later.

Ben and Tazia, werewolves, decide to make the new kid welcome. tazia is convinced Killian isn't a killer. Now to make her homicide detective dad believe that.

And Killian's visions are no making him look any less guilty
