well I'm exhausted

cornerofmadnessToday almost no face pain at all so I haven't taken any of the meds I had to run 20 miles after work to get. Why so different? Who knows.
I'm currently queasy after talking to one of the profs who had that stomach flu virus...
Also I got a call not 10 minutes after waking up because Dr. K wants me to have a follow up thyroid ultrasound in six months. Say what? Dr. K is my ob/gyn who knows NOTHING about the lump in my neck. Dr. T sent me for the damn test (she's my PCP) not Dr. K. If you were going to inappropriately assign a test to someone why not my endocrinologist who you know treats thyroids. So I ask why, knowing the answer, they found something.
And they did. There are three nodules min. in my thyroid and I have no doubt my issues swallowing is because this is pressing on my pipes. I can feel it in there. If they get bigger they will want a biopsy. It doesn't half to be cancer but it can be too (but since we're waiting 6 months they aren't thinking it is) I am concerned that I CAN feel it when I swallow.
So I'm going to a) make sure they send this to the doctor who actually ordered it b) tell my endocrinologist to look at it (she's at the same hospital).
I did call Dr T to have her order vitamin B12, D and folic acid studies. I did find 3 years ago they were all low so they might be now too.
Rocket also went to the vet today so much money later, he's had an antibiotic shot for the paw abscess and he's set up for a month from now for neutering and having his fangs removed (sorry buddy but they're both broken now and rotting)
I did offer to do a second story for fandom trumps hate
I won't be doing a fannish 50 post today but I will do music monday one day late. Today is the last of the animal prompts. If you know something else you want to try let me know. Today are songs with horse in the title and there are many
