Last day off

I started talking about all the anxiety at the state of the world but it nearly sent me into a spiral so let me say what I AM thankful for this thursday.

1. chocolate covered strawberry mochas are back at my coffee shop. They are my favorite and I look forward to their Valentine's presence.

2. My well stocked library for as small as we are (now I can do the prompt for a book about a popstar that I didn't give a damn with a graphic novel about queen)

Coffee shops are regularly saving my life, often with just plain café au lait, but I recognize this profound feeling of gratitude whenever RL is threatening to push me down, so: I'm toasting to you with my cup!

Yay for libraries! Mine is small and not so well-stocked, but I'm glad they belong to a whole system of libraries so I can get books from cross the state!

I briefly checked out 12monthsofmurder because that sounded right up Jessica's alley, but your character has to die each month, so I think I'll pass.

yeah my little library is in a system too but oddly enough the three libraries from the three biggest near by cities is not.
