Right now I'm fascinated by the church with the 357 memorial plaques as flooring that looks like a tarot card deck was barfed up on the floor

Not memorial plaques, gravestones. I'm pretty sure people are buried under there.

Or maybe it's some childhood trauma making me remember what the teacher said when we visited it.

There's also some type of rule about not wearing high heels to go in so you don't damage them. Only sneakers or shoes like that. Makes sense I guess.

AH! I'm jealous. I've been looking for a Gorey calendar. So far I've only found the one I want online. I so want the one with the kids that die through the alphabet (and I can never remember the name, the tiny tin-something or other).
